What GymPal is

GymPal helps adults find people to train with and lets members book independent trainers. Trainers are not GymPal employees. GymPal is the marketplace, not a party to the training itself.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. One account per person, with accurate information.

Bookings and payments

• Prices are set by each trainer and shown before you book. Payments are processed by Stripe; GymPal keeps a platform fee from each completed booking and pays the rest to the trainer.
• Cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Cancelling a confirmed session more than 24 hours before the start refunds you in full; later cancellations follow the trainer's terms. Trainers who cancel refund you in full.
• Tips go entirely to the trainer.
• If something goes wrong with a session, report it from the booking within two weeks and we will review it.

Trainers

You are responsible for your qualifications, insurance, taxes and the quality of your sessions. You agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement to receive payouts. You may not take GymPal clients off-platform to avoid fees.

Your content

You own what you post. You give GymPal a licence to show it to other members as the product requires. Do not post content you do not have rights to.

Safety and conduct

Training carries physical risk. Use your judgement, meet in public places first, and stop if something feels wrong. We may limit or suspend accounts that break the guidelines or these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

GymPal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GymPal is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising between members or between members and trainers, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid GymPal in the previous twelve months.

Changes and termination

You can stop using GymPal and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
